POSITION:

Junior Accountant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, the qualified individual will be responsible for updating daily transactions within the accounting department and responding to vendor/customer inquires.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data entry
• Billing and collection
• Reconcile Accounts Payable
• Verify shipping documents with courier billings
• Update labor time-sheet records
• Phone inquiries from vendor and or customer
• Filing and general office admin duties

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Post secondary accounting diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge in computerized environment
• Strong knowledge in MS office,  Excel spreadsheet reporting
• Strong attention to detail

 

POSITION:

Client Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Client Service Technician will be responsible for providing front line support for assigned accounts, and responding to customer inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer requests regarding pricing and availability.
• Function as the main liaison between production and the customer to coordinate:
  • Assembly information
  • Part shortages
  • Time lines
• Assist with ordering and expediting of materials for assigned accounts and projects.
• Promote Trilogy-Net’s services to assigned accounts and prospects.
• Promotes adherence to our Vision Statement and its purpose.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Electronics Technician/Technologies from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution.
• Previous experience an asset.
• Organized, self-motivated, team member

 

 

POSITION:

Electronic Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Production Lead Hand, the Electronic Technician will be responsible for Testing various electronic circuit board, troubleshooting and repair.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Production Team Leader in the day-to-day operation of the testing team
• Coordinates with Client Service Manager to ensure that test software and hardware are up-to-date and functional
• Maintains schedule of test to monitor equipment for proper calibration
• Coordinates with Plant-1 Team Leader to meet production delivery schedules
• Drafts daily testing schedules
• Assigns daily task to Junior Technician
• Supervises and provides hands-on support of testing and troubleshooting of various electro-mechanical products.
• Prepare reports for the Production Manager of test failure analysis and of regular test results

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Electronics Technician/Technologies from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution, previous experience an asset.
• Organized, self-motivated, team member

 

 

POSITION:

NPI Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Production Lead Hand, the NPI Technician will be responsible for manual SMT circuit board assembly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manually sets up and hand place surface mount components in compliance with Bill of Materials and Component location map
• Inspection of Printed Circuit board assembly
• Hand soldering of various types and sizes of electronic component in compliance with IPC_A_610D

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in Electronic circuit board inspection
• Ability to identify electronic component and their value is an asset
• Organized, self-motivated, team member
