POSITION:

Client Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Client Service Technician will be responsible for providing front line support for assigned accounts, and responding to customer inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer requests regarding pricing and availability.
  • Function as the main liaison between production and the customer to coordinate:
    • Assembly information
    • Part shortages
    • Time lines
  • Assist with ordering and expediting of materials for assigned accounts and projects.
  • Promote Trilogy-Net’s services to assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Promotes adherence to our Vision Statement and its purpose.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Electronics Technician/Technologies from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution.
  • Previous experience an asset.
  • Organized, self-motivated, team member

 

 

POSITION:

NPI Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Production Lead Hand, the NPI Technician will be responsible for manual SMT circuit board assembly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manually sets up and hand place surface mount components in compliance with Bill of Materials and Component location map
  • Inspection of Printed Circuit board assembly
  • Hand soldering of various types and sizes of electronic component in compliance with IPC_A_610D

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Electronic circuit board inspection
  • Ability to identify electronic component and their value is an asset
  • Organized, self-motivated, team member
